Founder & Managing Director
Max Zanni
Max’s remarkable journey into the construction industry began as an apprentice in site
carpentry, where he quickly demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication. By the age of 21,
Max had already assumed responsibilities as a site manager for fit-out refurbishments,
showcasing leadership qualities beyond his years. His rapid progression saw him promoted
to the role of contracts manager, where he adeptly managed various projects with precision
and expertise. Building on this foundation, Max eventually ventured into founding his own
construction company which has been operating successful now for over 7 years now. As
well as running the company he also heads all works in surrey, dealing mainly with NHS and
School sites.
Company Secretary
Charlotte Zanni
Charlotte Zanni began her career journey as an account assistant straight out of school
where she progressed to managing her own accounts team, showcasing her leadership and
financial acumen. Today, Charlotte holds the position of Company Secretary, where she also
manages all accounts payable streams.
Administrator
Hayleigh Rhoades
Hayleigh brings a wealth of experience spanning several years in the customer service
industry, working previously in property management, financial services and various other
customer-facing roles. With a proven track record of excellence, Hayleigh has honed her
skills in effectively addressing diverse customer needs and managing with precision. Her
dedication to delivering exceptional service and her adaptability to new challenges helps to
drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction within her role.
Head of Operations
Adam Basher
Adam’s career journey is a testament to his versatility and loyalty. Beginning as an
electrician, he honed his skills in the field before transitioning to building services and
contract management within the healthcare sector. His expertise and leadership qualities
propelled him in his pivotal position as a Capital Projects Programme Manager within the
NHS. He was then promoted to Associate Director of Estates and Projects, where he
managed the Estates response to the COVID-19 pandemic and was a leading force in the
pandemic response team within the Trust. Adam's commitment to excellence and his ability
to navigate complex projects have consistently elevated him to positions of increasing
responsibility, where he continues to make a significant impact in healthcare infrastructure
and operations. He ensures we our compliant in many areas where he leads on the H&S
accreditation work.
Site Maager
Adam Rose
Adam began his career as an electrician and mechanical engineer within the demanding
environment of a hospital setting. Transitioning to Unilever, he swiftly ascended to the
position of head engineer, demonstrating his ability in managing complex engineering tasks.
His journey continued when he started at CBRE and served over 10 years within the
company progressing from an electrical engineer to the role of contracts manager through
his dedication and knowledge in the field. He now manages all of our Central London works,
building great relationships and increasing our central client base.
Contracts Supervisor
Jack Lunn
Jack is a committed and skilled professional as a qualified carpenter. His journey began with
installing bathrooms and kitchens for Wickes, where he gained invaluable practical skills and
customer service. To gain commercial experience Jack joined MZ Contracts Ltd back in
2018, Jack's devotion and proficiency as a site carpenter quickly propelled him into the role
of contract supervisor. His exemplary work ethic, combined with his work abilities, has
consistently ensured the successful execution of projects under his supervision. He now
manages all site works for JLP, from initial surveys, to quoting, ordering of
materials/equipment and supervises the team completing the works.
